Return & Refund Policy
At Skinsense – Natural Luxury, we strive to give you a luxurious shopping experience. However, given that these are personal products, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened, used, or damaged products once sold or delivered.
- Skinsense – Natural Luxury is not responsible for any damage caused during or after delivery.
- In case of any quality issues with the product, we will exchange it. All you need to do is email us within 12 hours of delivery at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
- Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition, with the original receipt/tags intact, in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. All exchanges are subject to following terms
- Return and exchange requests will be subject to checking by Skinsense – Natural Luxury
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy
- All shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping of the products in question, to us will be borne by you.
- Once your return/refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with or opened. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged/ tampered or opened in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) , take images of this and send it to us to review it asap. Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'.
