Prithvi mudra - 50 minutes
Prana mudra - 15 minutes

 

PRITHVI MUDRA
The element Prithvi- earth is a vital component of body tissues like bones, skin, hair, nails, cartilage, muscles, tendons and internal organs. This element builds and increases vitality, strength and endurance.

Sit or lie down comfortably, join the tips of the ring finger and the thumb on both hands and breathe deeply. Or you could do this while watching TV.

 

PRANA MUDRA
Prana, meaning life force, Vayu, is breath itself.

Sit or lie down comfortably, join the tips of the little finger and ring finger with the thumb on both hands and breathe deeply. Or you could do this while watching TV.

Do these daily, till you start seeing the changes. And then continue some more.
You'll be deeply happy you did.
