DIY Simple Home Pedicure

Making the most of Everyday.

In my earlier Blog Post for The Immunity Boosting Drink I had mentioned to retain the lemon peels.

Here's what you're going to do with those peels.

Put the lemon peels into a bowl of water.
Assuming you used 10 lemons, use 1 litre of water.
Allow this to boil on simmer till it reduces by 200ml or so. Set aside.

When you're ready to use it, warm it up a bit, strain and pour it into a tub you'd use for soaking feet.
Add 2 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp of rock salt.
Add more warm water so it covers your feet fully.
Allow your feet to soak in this till it runs cold.
In the meantime, use one of the peels to scrub your feet well. If dead skin is visible, slough it off with a scrubber.
Once the water gets cold, take your feet out, dab out extra water and massage in a moisturizer or Skinsense Lavender Body Butter .
Put on socks and go to bed.
Wake up after a wonderful sleep to beautifully soft and pretty feet.

Lemons are fantastic as a detoxifying ingredient for the feet.
They also help eliminate stress and induce RESTFUL sleep.
And , its great to reduce tan as well.
