We're very close to the end of yet another fulfilling year... it's New Years Eve tomorrow ! And, like many out there, it's a time for getting together with friends and family over delicious food and drink.
Now, the last thing we want to feel on a NEW New Years day is heavy, bloated and uncomfortable from the previous night. So, here's a list of things to keep ready for the Day After , so you're up and ready to face the New Year fresh, active and full of zest !
The Morning After -
Early Morning: To start the cleansing process, as soon as you wake up, start with a glass of warm water with ginger and juice of a half lemon and a pinch of cinnamon
